Victoriya Ermakova

I was born in Siberia, Russia. I have been sculpting miniature since I was about 3 years old. In those days, I got absorbed in sculpture and painting . Wherever I go, I always took a scetch book and pencils with me. My childhood dream was to be a professional sculptor.
After I graduated from evening art school where I studied painting, graphics, art history and sculpting for 4 years, I entered to the Architectural Univercity and studied architecture for 6 years until I started to work as an architect.
Than I met my husband and moved to Japan. And when I had a beautiful daughter, I decided to start a new career as a professional doll artist.
My work was published in "DOLL" the international doll collectors` magazine, "Doll crafter and costuming" magazine (my article/tutorial), "DOLLHOUSE MINIATURES MAGAZINE" (article about my work and my tutorial), also some of my work has been added in: "DollsHouse and Miniature Scene", "DOLLREADER" .
